REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, DEL TRABAJO Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 4977-01 “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda intentada por el ciudadano: MANUEL RAFAEL CORBINO PEREZ, asistido por el Abogado en ejercicio PABLO DE LA CRUZ PARRA ALMAO, contra la ciudadana SHEILA YOLANDA MONTILLA NAVARRO, por DIVORCIO.- Por auto de fecha 17-07-2001, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 11-10-2001.-
