REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 5085-01.- “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda intentada por el ciudadano WILLIAM JESUS ACOSTA TANG, asistido por el Abogado Franklin López Aude, contra la ciudadana MARTHA OLIMPA GARRIDO DE CUENCA, por REIVINDICACIÓN.- Por auto de fecha 22-11-2001, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 19-03-2003.-
