REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 5884-03 “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda intentada por el ciudadano JUAN PABLO HURTADO GUTIERREZ contra ROSA AURA RODRIGUEZ APONTE, por Divorcio.- Por auto de fecha 26-11-2002, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 15-12-2003.-
