REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 4402-00.- “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda intentada por el ciudadano CESAR BIGOTT DIAZ, contra los ciudadanos ZOBEIDA CORTEZ, BERTA CORTEZ, MARIA VILLAZANA, y otros, por INTERDICTAL DE AMPARO.- Por auto de fecha 13-04-2000, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 10-04-2002.-
