REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 5779-03.- “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda intentada por la ciudadana CIRA MARIELA MALUENGA en representación de sus menores hijos ALEX MAURICIO, y MARILEXIS MARIELIS, contra el ciudadano ALEXIS RAFAEL MORILLO MUJICA, por PENSIÓN DE ALIMENTOS.- Por auto de fecha 20-08-2003, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 20-08-2003.-
