REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 5491-02.- “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda de INTIMACIÓN, seguida por la Empresa Mercantil “SEMILLAS FLOR DE ARAGUA”, C.A., contra el ciudadano NELSON RAFAEL SEIJAS.- Por auto de fecha 03-12-2002, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 12-05-2003.-
