REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO.- CALABOZO.- EXPEDIENTE N° 4876-01.- “VISTOS ESTOS AUTOS”.- EL TRIBUNAL OBSERVA: Se inició la presente causa por demanda de COBRO DE BOLIVARES VIA INTIMACIÓN, seguida por el FONDO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL DEL ESTADO GUARICO contra el ciudadano JOSE DE LA PAZ TOLEDO.- Por auto de fecha 16-05-2001, se admitió la demanda.- Revisadas las actas procesales tenemos que la última actuación lo fué en fecha 10-02-2004.-
