Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este JUZGADO SEXTO DE MUNICIPIO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS E ITINERANTE DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA incoada por la sociedad mercantil CONSTRUCCIONES CIVILES Y PREMEZCLADO COMPAÑÍA ANÓNIMA, contra la sociedad mercantil CONSORCIO EMPRESARIAL GONZÁLES PLAZA, S.A., todas identificadas ut supra, en consecuencia se DECLARA: PRIMERO: SE CONDENA a la parte demandada a pagar la cantidad de OCHENTA Y SIETE MIL OCHENTA Y DOS BOLÍVARES CON SESENTA CÉNTIMOS (Bs.87.082,60) moneda actual, por concepto de capital insoluto.
