Por fuerza de los anteriores razonamientos, este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: IMPROCEDENTE POR INEPTA ACUMULACIÓN DE PRETENSIONES, la demanda por CUMPLIMIENTO DE CONTRATO incoada por los ciudadanos JOSÉ ANTONIO ABELLAS VILLANUEVA Y AGUSTIN ABELLAS VILLANUEVA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros.
