Por los razonamientos anteriormente expuestos, ÉSTE JUZGADO DÉCIMO QUINTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY ACUERDA consignar a las puertas del tribunal la boleta de notificación de la ciudadana LOZANO DE BARRIOS ESPERANZA.- Líbrense las boletas de notificaciones correspondientes notificando a las partes de lo aquí decidido.-
