Por las razones antes expuestas, el JUZGADO SUPERIOR EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, BANCARIO, y del TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO GUÁRICO, Administrando Justicia, en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley declara: PRIMERO: Se declara SIN LUGAR, la acción de REIVINDICACIÓN, intentada por la parte accionante, Ciudadanos RAFAEL EMILIO CARPIO CASTILLO y LUIS ALBERTO CARPIO CASTILLO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V-229.551 y V-295.299, respectivamente, domiciliado el primero en la ciudad de Valle de la Pascua del Estado Guárico, y el segundo en la ciudad de Cumaná del Estado Sucre, y sus hermanos JOSÉ ANTONIO CARPIO CASTILLO, HECTOR CARPIO CASTILLO, RUBEN CARPIO CASTILLO, EFREN CARPIO CASTILLO, RAUL CARPIO CASTILLO, ANA DOLORES CARPIO CASTILLO DE LARSEN, MARÍA DE JESÚS CARPIO CASTILLO DE ABOHASEN, ELENA CARPIO CASTILLO DE BERMUDEZ y LUISA CASTILLO DE BERMUDEZ en contra del accionado Ciudadano JESÚS R.....
