PRIMERO: Se declara SIN LUGAR la demanda por RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRATO VERBAL DE COMPRA-VENTA, intentada por el ciudadano ALFONSO MARIA CACERES BECERRA, y representado por el ciudadano abogado JOVITO ESQUIVEL MORENO, contra el ciudadano FRANCISCO PABLO CAPUTO OROPEZA, representado por los ciudadanos abogados LUISA AMELIA CARPIO SAEZ, LUIS MARTIN CHIRINOS RIVAS Y PARLEY RAFAEL RIVERO, todos identificados en autos. SEGUNDO: Se declara CON LUGAR la reconvención propuesta por CUMPLIMIENTO DE CONTRATO VERBAL DE COMPRA-VENTA, intentada por el ciudadano FRANCISCO PABLO CAPUTO OROPEZA, representado por los ciudadanos abogados LUISA AMELIA CARPIO SAEZ, LUIS MARTIN CHIRINOS RIVAS Y PARLEY RAFAEL RIVERO contra el ciudadano ALFONSO MARIA CACERES BECERRA, y representado por el ciudadano abogado JOVITO ESQUIVEL MORENO, todos identificados en autos.
